When you need to return the product for repair or inspection, in order to avoid damage during transportation, please use the original packaging. Customer is responsible for product damage caused by unreliable packaging or logistics company. Please include the following items in the package:
- Proof of purchase
- Attach a paper with failure description, your name, phone number and shipping address.
- The repair time is generally within 3 working days after we have received the product. It will be postponed if it is legal holidays during the repair. We will contact with you if there are special failure situations.
