Hi everyone,
Just picked up the mini i 4 pro. How do I control the volume? I am using usb from mac to mini i pro 4 and rca out to dynaudio active speakers. It is playing very loud at fixed volume. I can't control the volume with remote and also my keyboard. I can only lower down the volume in youtube, Netflix. Do I need to buy a preamp with volume controller? Thanks in advance.

Go to Settings using the MA remote app or via touch screen and make sure Lineout Mode is set to ADJ and not Fixed. Then you should be able to change volume with the remote.

Correct, the Lineout Mode only can be set through MA Remote App, this option is not available from the device settings menu.
