MINI I4. FIRMWARE UPDATE PROBLEM - WON IL - 08-27-2024
MATRIX AUDIO MINI I4 user.
There was an error upgrading the firmware. The screen is currently not showing.
Even if the power button is pressed, only the MA part at the top lights up and the liquid crystal screen is blinded.
I can't connect to the device even on my phone.
How can I get the AS?
Is there a firmware file that can be fixed by connecting with pc?

Pressing the power button causes the liquid crystal screen to become blinded and only the MA section at the top to light up.

Hi Yujisk，
Your issue seems to be different from WON's. In firmware version 1.0.5 Build013, the power button function was added, which can be set in the configuration.
——[New Feature] Function of single press the power button configurable, can be set to Mute, Dimmer mode or No action.
