Matrix mini-i (2011) XLR Output not working anymore

Hi,

I have a Matrix mini-i since 2011. Since one month, right XLR ouput is not working anymore (I did differents tests to be sure).

I tried to clean corrosion on connector but without any success.

Any idea of what could be the origin of the problem ?
