(07-04-2024, 06:08 AM)Sandy 提到:The device does not respond to commands when error codes appear. Rebooting by long pressing the hardware button on the device body (about 10 seconds) works in this case. But it does not matter. Errors appear randomly only when the device goes into standby mode after playing music. I noticed that in all cases, large DSD files ranging from 300 to 2000 megabytes were played before the errors. Perhaps these are some problems with caching in RAM memory or something similar. It would be good to know what these error codes mean (E009, E010, E011, E012, E013, E014, E015) in order to understand how to test the device.(07-02-2024, 04:58 PM)Dmitry_3834 提到: I rebooted the device by long pressing the power button. The device turned on... I pressed the standby button on the remote control again... And again the error codes appeared as in the first example, but this time without step 4. After the second reboot, the device turned off normally. It is not yet possible to understand after what actions this happens.

Hi Dmitry,
Long pressing the power button will not reboot the device, you need to remove the power cable from the device and plug back to let the device to reboot.
Will it work?
