Collecting bugs of 2nd gen element series products

The random pausing issue appears to be resolved with V1.0.9 Build013. That's good news.

However, I'm still experiencing the clipping/popping/ticking at the beginning of tracks. Have developers been able to reproduce that issue? Is there a fix in progress?

This issue was resolved last year by putting my device on a custom firmware. I want to get back to the standard firmware so I can sell it. Who can help me get that done?

FYI: Initiating a firmware update won't get me the regular firmware. Something on the server end is connecting my serial number to the custom firmware.
