Hi Dmitry
Can you connect your mini-i 4 to the power mains directly, and then take a note will the issue happen again.
The error occurred again twice. In the same sequence as before:
1. Pressed the Standby button on the remote control;
2. The text "Standby..." was displayed and the display turned off;
3. The relay clicked;
4. The display turned on again with the text "SETTINGS SAVED";
5. Then after a second the error codes were displayed.
I rebooted the device by long pressing the power button. The device turned on... I pressed the standby button on the remote control again... And again the error codes appeared as in the first example, but this time without step 4. After the second reboot, the device turned off normally. It is not yet possible to understand after what actions this happens. Sad
Firmware version:V1.0.9 Build005

Hi Dmitry,
Long pressing the power button will not reboot the device, you need to remove the power cable from the device and plug back to let the device to reboot.
Will it work?

(2) I tested a 768 kHz / 24 bit sample file on Roon and MA Remote. On Roon, the maximum sample rate is 384 kHz in device setup and the file is downsampled to 384 kHz. On MA Remote, the file shows as 768 kHz but also shows as 32 bit.

Hi,
1. I don't understand your question, can you describe it with more details?

2. The sampling rate lomit of mini-i Pro 4 when playing from Roon through Wi-Fi is 384k, through LAN connection, it will be 768kHz.  When playing a 768kHz track from MA Remote app, it displays 32bit, it might be a display issue.

The device does not respond to commands when error codes appear. Rebooting by long pressing the hardware button on the device body (about 10 seconds) works in this case. But it does not matter. Errors appear randomly only when the device goes into standby mode after playing music. I noticed that in all cases, large DSD files ranging from 300 to 2000 megabytes were played before the errors. Perhaps these are some problems with caching in RAM memory or something similar. It would be good to know what these error codes mean (E009, E010, E011, E012, E013, E014, E015) in order to understand how to test the device.

Hi,
Are these issues happen frequently? Can you enter the settings menu and upload the logs from the last option "Tech support"?
After the logs uploaded, please send the serial number of your device to me via forum PM. Thank you.
