Element X problems with connectivity

Dear MA and fellow music lovers, 

I have been using my Element X since may 2022 and it's been working very good apart from som connectivity problems. I am using wi-fi and since I put a new router this spring in the same room it have been working flawless and no connectivity problems at all. Until now. 

Right now I cannot access the unit at all with the app or the remote. When I press the button for 5 seconds (and more) to restart the wi-fi procedure nothing happens and there is a question mark in the upper left corner. Last time I had connection with the unit the app told me I had the latest firmware.  

I have tried to disconnect the unit for several minutes and restart it but nothing works. 

Please advice and thanks in advance.

Good morning, 

Short update. Managed to get into the network setup mode, did a complete re installation of the MA app and reconnected the hardware to the correct network. Worked great for 20-25 minutes and then it lost connection again and the same question mark in the left corner of the display. 

Getting pretty frustrated about this and any help would be much appreciated.
