Playing Apple Music hi-res via iPhone and USB cable to external DAC

Does any of the Matrix streamers support such case that:
1. Connect iPhone via USB cable into USB digital input of the streamer
2. Connect external DAC (and subsequent preamp/amp/speakers) as output for the matrix streamer
3. Play Hi-Res music on iPhone via Apple Music and have it transfered in full resolution and digitally cleaned/reclocked by the streamer into the external DAC?

This would basically mean the matrix streamer would behave like Matrix X-SPDIF3 in this case, cleaning the input signal from iPhone but keeping it at full resolution for external DAC.
If so, which streamers would support this case?

Or is the Matrix X-SPDIF3 the only option for this scenario?
