[Firmware Update] NFS and FTP protocol supported now

We’ve just released a new firmware update for buntch of Matrix Audio devices! This update introduces the NFS and FTP protocols, custom Internet radio stations, and an adjustable playing bar feature. With these new features, users are allowed to add network drives with NFS and FTP protocolsto the MA Remote App. Additionally, there are more user-friendly and intelligent upgrade highlights, so let’s dive in.

Addition of NFS and FTP Protocols

With the new firmware, we have added support for NFS and FTP protocols. This is great news for users who want to play music from their NAS with protocols such as SMB, NFS, and FTP, providing you more options.

Custom Internet Radio

Another significant upgrade is custom internet radio stations. You can now listen to Internet radio stations by simply entering the correct URL.

Playback Progress Adjustable From Playing Bar

We have added the ability to adjust the playback progress directly from the Playing bar at the bottom of the app. Now, you can drag the playback status bar to control the progress of the audio file. This user-friendly design further enhances the appeal of the MA Remote App.

Optimized Search Function With Input Suggestions

We have enhanced the search function for local music by adding a predictive suggestion feature. This intelligent upgrade means that when you search for music within your library using the MA Remote App, the app will now provide suggestions related to your search keywords. This allows you to find the music files you want to listen to more quickly.
