MINI I4. FIRMWARE UPDATE PROBLEM

MATRIX AUDIO MINI I4 user.
There was an error upgrading the firmware. The screen is currently not showing.

Even if the power button is pressed, only the MA part at the top lights up and the liquid crystal screen is blinded.

I can't connect to the device even on my phone.

How can I get the AS?


Is there a firmware file that can be fixed by connecting with pc?

Hi, this situation caused by unexpectedly terminated during firmware update, the device can not start up, so need a factory reset. I will PM you a video guide to show you how to perform factory reset.
